Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
Configuring a catch-all e-mailbox will be stunningly easy if you have a shared web hosting plan with us. You can enable this feature through our powerful, albeit simple-to-work-with Email Manager tool, which is built into the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll manage the account itself. You will see all the mailboxes that you have set up displayed alphabetically and on the right-hand side of each one of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly inform you whether a certain mailbox receives all the messages for a certain domain or not. With one mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option at any time. In case there’s active email forwarding or if a different mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a specific domain, you will receive a warning message from our system. The latter won’t deactivate/replace anything automatically or without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be enabled easily if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will see a tiny button handily situated directly next to each one of them. With just one single mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable the feature using the contextual menu that will pop up. If any of the preconditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will notify you, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
